Imagine that! Required free college degrees by age 17 for every child in America, including every African American and Hispanic child!

Free at last, with true equality. This is the only way we can achieve true freedom and equality. Anything less is just another empty promise, like "40 acres and a mule.".

America has been controlled forever by the other, old establishment candidates for President. Under their so-called leadership, more than half of minority children do not even complete high school. Vote for Frank for true change.

Frank will make our children into engineers and scientists by age 17, and doctors and PhD scientists by age 21.  Creativity and innovation are greater the younger you are. Imagine an America with hundreds of thousands, even millions of 17 year old scientists and engineers sparking the greatest scientific explosion the world has ever seen. 

The America of ten and twenty years from now can be so fantastically better that none of us can begin to imagine the splendor!

The basic course material will be presented by the nation's greatest teaching professors on high definition videos so that the impact of their presentations will be even greater than when viewed in an old fashioned lecture hall from 150 feet away.

Students ability to learn the material will effect their courses for the next quarter as a form of self-selection by performance. If students do poorly with these college courses, they will get very high quality vocational training for free, like you see advertised on television for lots of money.

Colleges will attack this idea like crazy, since the average college professor teaches only 200 hours a year for way more than $100,000, which is why you are broke and your children are in debt when they complete existing colleges.

The video courses and the in-class teachers will be selected for their ability to teach not just the course content, but to teach THE LOVE of medicine, math, science and engineering so that our nation can benefit from a new and massive generation of talent which may lift up the entire nation and create an explosion of creative inventions and excellence.

FOCES™ will pay salaries to students to go to graduate school for advanced degrees in medicine, math, science and engineering, with cash bonus and victory parties for high grades. Excellence will be encouraged and rewarded.

America has a growing problem with our shortage of doctors. Not only does this mean we are being treated by foreign trained doctors and nurses, it also means that we are sucking the world dry of their own doctor's and nurses. India, Pakistan and Mexico are being affected the worst by the exodus of their doctors to higher paying jobs in America, as any of us in HMO's are noticing.

Frank's 20 new medical and nursing schools will be free to US Citizens, and will admit only US Citizens, but will require mandatory government service after internship.

Free college and graduate schools in useful subjects will transform America in ways none of us can imagine. The explosion in the number of Americans with college degrees in useful subjects will lift up our economy, our health and our people to levels beyond our current imaginations.

Can you imagine an America suddenly flooded with 17 year old scientists and engineers, running around with the energy and creativity of teens but armed with the knowledge of engineers?

Can you imagine each year an outpouring of hundreds of thousands of 21 year old medical doctors and PhDs in math, biomedicine, science, engineering and computer sciences? Creativity is greatest the younger you are.

As a futurist, I foresee an explosion of knowledge at an even faster rate than predicted by my personal giant Ray Kurzweil!

The America of twenty and thirty years from now can be so fantastically better that none of us with normal educations can begin to imagine the splendor!

There is only one path to true freedom and equality among the races: Absolutely Equal Excellent Education for Every Child in America, and FOCES™ will give it.
